Fran has worked wonders with Roger – I was at the point of giving up with him and possibly rehoming him when I found Yonderton and Fran – he was a nightmare – never thought he’d calm down, now he does rally, has done a bit of hoopers, loves his classes and I’d like him to have a go at agility – he’s so keen to learn and clever but I’d never have known if I hadn’t started classes with Fran, can’t recommend her highly enough.

This scheme aims to provide effective, force free learning for dogs whilst teaching caregivers theory in canine behaviour and welfare, as well as other canine related topics.
Each level increases in skills and difficulty culminating in a Warrant of success for your dog and an expansive knowledge in all things canine for you, their caregiver.
Assessment will take place when the handler believes that they and their dog are ready, there is no time limit. You continue to train at your own pace working through all required tasks for each level. At every successful assessment the team will be promoted and you will receive a certificate and rank tab for your dog
By testing basic cues and social interactions with people and other dogs, this scheme will build a foundation enabling the caregiver and their dog to master more complex exercises at each level.
Training is a way of developing our ability to communicate with our dogs

What Clients Say
Fran is very knowledgeable and patient, she really puts you at ease. We have tried rally, which we enjoyed, we are working on the Fun life skills classes at the moment. Fran explains everything really well , I feel we have learnt a lot in the couple of sessions we have had. We are both looking forward to having fun whilst learning new things. I would definitely recommend Fran for any training needs you may have.
Fran is an amazing trainer in both general dog training and dogs with behavioural issues. She uses positive reinforcement methods and is very observant in reading body language in both dog and handler to make sure they get the best out of their training session. Fran will always find a way to help and encourage you and your dog progress.
I brought my newly adopted dog, who had just completed a transport trek across Europe, to Fran. I’d had dogs before but was out of my depth with such a frightened one. Fran’s expert knowledge, expertise, patience and compassion worked wonders. Rada is the happy dog she is because Fran taught us so much with such empathy. We are forever indebted.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Training methods are all positive and focused on building the skills my dog and I enjoy; this learning has helped us on our journey to successful accreditation as an ADI assistance dog and partner.
I can’t speak highly enough of Fran. Her expertise in her field is exceptional! I’d highly recommend her to anyone for training or behaviour issues. What I really like about Fran is her approach to training is always based on positive reinforcement with fantastic results. She understands dogs, is exceptional at reading body language and always strives to get the best for the dog in any situation. She also helps you understand the impact your training is having on your dog and helps you think outside the box. Fran always find great ways of enriching the lives of dogs too.
